policy details
Chakku is built to process CSV, JSON, Markdown, Excel, and whiteboard files in your browser. The data tools do not upload your file contents to our servers for viewing, editing, profiling, charting, or conversion.
When you open a file, parsing, filtering, charting, schema generation, ER diagram inference, and exports happen in your browser tab. Work may be saved locally in your browser depending on the tool.
If you submit feedback, the message you write is sent to our team by email so we can read it. Analytics and performance monitoring may collect basic usage signals such as page views and web performance metrics. These services do not receive your uploaded file contents.
You can use Chakku without creating an account. We do not require sign-in for the core workbench tools.
Some tools save your work in this browser — CSV workspace snapshots, ER diagrams, report drafts, and whiteboard autosave. That data stays on your device and is not synced to our servers. Clear your browser storage or use private browsing if you do not want saves to persist.
